Dominick F. Lopano, a lifelong resident of the Tarrytowns, passed away on July 11, 2011. He was 86. Mr. Lopano was born on June 3, 1925 to Nicholas and Jenny Caroscia Lopano in Tarrytown. Born October 24, 2010. 6lbs 14 ounces. Mom, Dad, and Big Sisters Ava and Sophie are doing great.
